by someone with a time machine. It is of former President Bush in a mental hospital. The doctors have determined that it is in his best interest that they humor him by pretending that he is still President. They have therefore constructed an elaborate ruse to maintain the illusion.

Bush still hasn't thought to ask why all the people attending his press conferences and rallies now wear white coats.

I've seen many people with this condition (my DH used to work in an aged care facility). They speak exactly like Bush does. My father also developed it from his habit of 2-3 martinis a day since 1950. He developed the same weird speech patterns and inability to concentrate prior to his death.
