Delay is collapsing, but not out.

Toss some money to Morrison if you can:

1. Closer than it's ever been I believe...............
maybe people are becoming a little disenchanted with the "Bug Man". He makes Dale Gribble look normal.

2. Now that is close
DeLay losing would be one of the highlights on election night...other than Kerry winning with over 300 EVs of course! ;)

3. How are the other 23% voting? Undecided? None of the above?
Edited on Thu Oct-21-04 05:35 PM by 0rganism
Is there a 3rd-party candidate that's picking up a big chunk of the vote?

7. There is a third party guy and his name is Morrison also
That is the real bummer about this election. It is confusing when to people have the same name on the same ballot. It can only help Delay.

12. Diebold is headquartered in Ohio.
If your comment references voting machines, then it's also inaccurate; Hart Intercivic manufactures e-Slate, which are in use throughout Harris County.

10. An incumbent at 42%?
Not good. Not good at all. If you're Tom DeLay, that is.

However, if you're a sentient human being, it's very good news indeed.

13. The problem is Bush gets 61% ......
...and when you look at the Democratic canidates vote total at 35% , then you can assume the 61% of Bush voters (Kerry gets 25%) dont seem to be voting for the DEM.

I hope everybody follows this link (MYDDs website) and donates to the ad buy that is shinning the ethical troubles of Delay from newspaper articles in the voters faces.

If the truth gets out then even ultra conservative voters will be left with no option but to support the Democrat.

WE really can win this one.All we need is a little more than 60% of undecideds to break our way and with Delay being forced before a judge on the 25th plus some commercials showing voters the disgraceful actions of Delay (including several successive admonishments from the ethics committee)and we could really have a 50-50 shot at this David-Goliath match.

Talk about a true slap at the GOPs corrupt crap over the past years , hammering the "hammer" would just be superb. Plus it could help wake up voters (and many Hispanics who dont vote)as to what kind of games the GOP has played with district lines. Could help us in congressional districts since nearly half were gamed with in one way or another in just the past 2 years alone, voters could take it personnaly.AND even better , it could help us convince the judge that re-examines this thing (redistricting issue STILL isnt settled lol)to actualy be aware that the world IS WATCHING and maybe he better make the right decision and see that districts should not have been fucked with the way they were.
