Does anyone doubt that the man who left every child behind, except the rich ones, who sent our troops into battle without body armor, and who wouldn't extend unemployment insurance for millions out of a job, would also underfund these poverty clinics he's proposing?

And aren't government-sponsored clinics for poor people a government takeover of healthcare, setting up one system for poor and another for rich?

Bush promises whatever you want to hear. But he lies.
