Does anyone know ANY Gore voter who is voting for AWOL?
I've thought about this for months. Eric Alterman mentioned it the other day, too. Now people I "know" is not necesarily a good mathmatical sample but..... I see several percentage points more Cuban-Americans going for Kerry. Same with Arab-Americans. The only group I've reading going more for AWOL than they did over Gore is among Jewish voters. Also, what's Nadar get in '00? 3 or 4%? That'll be at or below 1% this year.

So where does AWOL.... make up the ground?

3. I asked this same question last week...
I can see how some have been duped, but certainly not THAT many. I don't know of anyone who voted for Gore that's voting for Bush. I know of at least 6 people who are voting for Kerry this time that switched or are new voters.

It doesn't make any sense to me. The polls I mean.

4. Why would anyone give money to someone who robbed them?
even if it was 4 years ago.

5. I agree...I have yet to speak with anyone who voted for Gore who is
changing his vote to support bush*. And, they are motivated to go to the polls after the 2000 debacle.

Add to that all the motivated groups that dumbya has pissed off in the past 4 years: Military, teachers, union workers, hourly workers, seniors, gays, environmentalists, hard-core conservatives.

10. I know one who voted Green Party in 2000
who is voting bush this year (my uncle, who is a liberal...I think he has lost his MIND!!!! He is bisexual, too!!!!! WTF??? He got him on the Fear Factor). And I know OF exactly one guy who supposedly voted for Gore in 2000 and is voting for Chucklenuts this year.

But that's it.

Now ask me to name all the people I know who voted for bush in 00 but are voting Kerry this time. I wouldn't be able to recall them all, there are so freaking many.
