Drag strip manager's contract in jeopardy over allowing Kerry display
Edited on Thu Oct-21-04 09:04 PM by Michigan Voter
The IHRA (International Hot Rodders Association) apparently officially sponsors Bush for president? :/

Here's what the president of the IHRA, Bill Bader, said in his latest column in the IHRA's weekly newsletter regarding drag strip manager Royce Miller, who set up a Kerry/Edwards display at a race in Maryland:

-----
We have taken a lot of heat from many Republicans about the Kerry/Edwards display at Maryland. I assure you I am just as committed as ever to President Bush. It is without my permission that Royce Miller, against his wife Linda's protests, decided to allow Kerry to set up at this race. I don't understand why, but I assure you his IHRA contract is in jeopardy. Go Bush!
------

I sent him a nastygram. If anyone else would like it, his email address is billbader@ihra.com

2. They have a web site
http://www.ihra.com/

But his weekly column, entitled Bill's Bull, doesn't appear on the website - it's just in the newsletter, which comes out in magazine format. It's called Drag Review.

3. IHRA...
Is a small, struggling sactioning body in Drag Racing that is based primarily in the south. Think nothing of it. Few do.

7. The assholes can try and trample on the democracy...
.. they can try. But the Constitution will live on, regardless of the republican thugs. They can try to stifle us, try to intimidate us, but they are the losers...
