1. They won't be able to... |

the votes aren't there in Congress to repeal it. A president can't overturn law on his own.
However, it's very likely the supreme court will overturn it, but it'll just take a little longer.

3. Why overturn a procedure that has never been used? |
|
This procedure only exists on paper.

4. Clark treaded on dangerous ground with it |
|
While the late term option may have strong support here, the majority of U.S. citizens don't support third term abortions. Clark's recent comments seemed to indicate he's in favor of it. If I'm Rove, I run an ad showing a premature baby in the hospital, say 2 months premature, then I run Clark's comment in the same ad, then I have a line that reads, who's the extremist? Clark needs to backtrack big-time on this if he wins the nomination. What's next, a statement saying "I support 14 year olds getting an abortion without parental notification".
Abortion often enjoys overall/majority support in the U.S., but don't confuse that with support for third term procedures.

5. Don't Confuse IDX Abortions with Third-Term Abortions |
|
IDX (what antiabortnoids call "partial birth abortion") isn't done in the third trimester. Don't confuse pro-liar propaganda with facts. Don't worry about whether or not there's "support" for third-trimester abortions; as much as pro-liars love them, they're rarely done.
Do you know why they're done? Well, Potter's Syndrome is one reason. The fetus fails to develop kidneys and a ureters, and if born, will live for maybe 15 hours max. Yeah, I know - pretty silly reason to terminate a pregnancy, right? Anacephaly - absence of a brain - is another trivial reason women abort past the first trimester.
