Further evidence Magic Johnson is no Republican

I hope everyone who read the list of "Republicans" posted on DU yesterday read my post that debunked the connection between the republican party and most of the athletes on their list.

They got most of their athletes (including Magic Johnson, Mario Lemieux, and Ernie Banks) from a list of associates of Steiner Sports. These athletes are booked through that company for autograph shows, appearances, and speaking engagements.

Anyone who follows Magic Johnson knew he wasn't a Republican, but I wanted to clear his name for the rest of DU who may not follow sports.

once condemn Jordan's refusal to condemn Jesse Helms because "republicans also buy shoes".

Cool to see he's politically active.

2. I was freaked out when I first saw that post.

Thank goodness he's not a Pug, there's enough evil in the country with out Magic being a part of the whole issue.
