Did Anybody Hear Imus This Morning - I Think He Crossed The Line

He was talking to David Gregory, it was the usual stuff. Imus would say you know I am supporting Kerry, then on to blasting him.

Imus blasts the photo op of Kerry hunting.
Gregory reminds him of Bush's photo ops cutting brush on his so called ranch where they have brush brought in for him to clear.

Then Imus moves to blasting Mrs. Kerry for the no job remark at Mrs. Bush.
Gregory reminds him that Mrs. Bush said basically she blamed the media, she is aware of those trick questions and thought nothing of it.

Then this is what I thought was out of line. He called Mrs. Kerry fatso and said Mrs. Bush should have reminded her of she won the lotter when her first husband went down the the plane crash or words to that effect.

I am planning to email MSNBC & I think an apology is in order for such a remark.

There was article after article in the early days of the race about how she was still, to this day, devoted to her first husband, whom she considered the great romance of her life, not to mention the father of three amazing kids.

Every so often I used to listen to him for a bit because when I would get in my car he was on in the morning on what for the rest of the day was a sports radio station that listen to sometimes on the drive home and in the evening.
