Airhead on MSRNC just said "Bush leads by a whopping 6 points
in Iowa" (BTW, I cheated on myself by turning on cable "news") That's what I deserve.

1. Is this one of those stupid Mason-Dixon polls?
They never have a favorable poll for the Democrats--look at all the states they poll in--and every one of them favors Bush. Don't trust them.

2. Those people on TV
are so annoying. The lady from the Des Moines Register told her that the race is much closer but she kept goin on saying "isn't that a significant lead?".

3. WEAPON OF MASS DEMORALIZATION ALERT!
Please ignore this poll/story/article, as it is a product of the Bush empire's Faith-Based Reality Manufacturing Program. Details here.

6. Must get the same Kool-Aid that a CCCleveland station reporter used
Reported the Dow "Jumped" five points.

After reading the next day's paper, I realized that the Dow apparently had jumped BACKWARD the whopping leap of 5 points . . .

7. Think of it this way - if some bush supporters keep hearing that,
they may not feel a sense of urgency to go out and vote. After all, if they think their guy is doing just fine, maybe if they're late, or their kid had to be taken somewhere, or somebody needed homework help at home, well no big deal. He's ahead, right? He's got enough to win. My vote won't be that crucial, 'cause he's already in good shape...

SHHHHH! Let 'em keep thinking that. They're better left asleep.
