1. I believe if you go back to 2000 you'll find the same thing
I remember one showing it a tie in NJ and Gore won by 16%. My rule of thumb with them is that they always give Bush +5% across the board. One thing I disagree with in his article. He says they are a "reputable" polling firm. OK, so maybe they aren't party hacks, but how do you become "reputable" by being consistently wrong?

6. If they Called 2002 Correctly they Have a Direct Line to DIEBOLD!
Their poll results reflect the number of votes they intend to steal.

2. Polls aren't the election, so enough said, a funny side article on that...
...webpage was the one published in the New Republic, "Would Reagan Recognize the New GOP?" I don't think Reagan recognized much of anything after 1987 did he?

5. Surge in new Registrants . . .
. . . means votes for Kerry. That's the way it has always broken - more voters = more Dem votes. If you are satisfied with the current situation, you are more likely to stay home. And aside from some rich people, right wing evangelicals, fascists and ardent Republicans, how many people are really for Bush?

Rove is nuts - you can't win with just evangelicals and the far right if there is a high turnout. All indications thus far point to a high turnout - everyone knows there is a lot at stake.

Unless they find a means to steal 7-8 million votes Kerry will win decisively. I even suspect he will make some of the very red states closer than expected.
