I hope the media plays the SHIT out of that ad. I hope every outlet on the planet has it on television every ten minutes from now until election day. Because quite honestly, it has to be the stupidest thing I've seen on television in years, and that includes "Who Wants To Marry A Midget". It is the dumbest political advertisement I have seen. . . ever. Some of the shots are quite pretty, I will admit that. But it's not even remotely compelling.

Reagan's "Bear" advertisement worked because everyone KNEW that the Bear was the Soviet Union. It was a pre-established symbol that everyone could relate to. The "Wolves" have to be established at the same time the message is being relayed. And it doesn't work. They look, well. . . cute. Especially at the end, while they are all lounging around. Karl has lost his golden touch. Mark it on your calendar, folks.
