The Dow would have to gain 829.79 points just for Shrub to break even
For the four year disaster that has been his Presidency.

When Big Dog handed the White House over to the Chimperor, the DJIA stood at 10,587.60.

It closed today at 9,757.81

1. It will probably head into the low 9000's in the next week
There isn't any good news. In fact, the fed is considering postponing a hike in the interest rate because of a "softening". The problem with this is that they can't hold the interest rates down in the face of the inflation coming down the road as a result of the oil prices.

Bush is a total failure - there is nothing that can go bad that hasn't gone bad for him - you name it. And it is his lack of attention to detail and understanding of issues and human nature that has put us in this position. If he wins, it only would show how entirely stupid this nation is.
