Interesting EC analysis
Several of the states in the "Kerry wins" scenario could fall through and Kerry would still win. He could lose in Colorado, Iowa, Nevada and even Minnesota and he'd win. he also lose in Florida, Nevada and Iowa and still win.

But in the "Bush wins" scenario, he can't afford to lose Florida. In fact, if he loses in even one of the big states or two of the smallest ones, he is sunk.
