"trickle down" Iraqi reconstruction
Can we start talking about the reconstruction problems in Iraq by adding "trickle down". That's what the Bushies are doing over there, giving contracts to companies like Halliburton and hoping it will "trickle down". It doesn't work here and it won't work there and that's one of the biggest differences in Kerry and Bush's plans to stabilize Iraq. Whaddya think?
