How far ahead do weather reports run-ahead? I'd like to know where the rain will be on Election Day.

If it rains in the Florida panhandle on Election Day, I'd be confident in predicting a Kerry win there.

If it rains in Western Iowa (west of Des Moines), I'd be confident in predicting Kerry wins there.

Where else do you want it to rain on Election Day?

They are tripe and only regurgitate the climatological averages. Call the local television stations and they will have the best (albeit still inacccurate) forecast.
