Neil Young, Heather Mills Rip Bush

At the recent Adopt-A-Minefield gala, Goodwill Ambassador Heather Mills and rocker Neil Young blasted the Bush "administration" over their landmine policy.

Mills: "Governments like George Bush's are the problem. He's pulled out of every decent treaty to rid the world of landmines that have been presented to him."

Young: "I only hope that Americans do the right thing and get this guy out."

It is REALLY great to hear her lend her voice to righteous causes. Combating the use of landmines, for one, AND urging a responsible voting decision. I'm glad she's using her position and prominence for something positive. Good for her!

oppose Bush. I have always admired Neil Young; not only as a musician, and a wonderful poet, but as a good man. And Heather Mills is a great lady. It seems like the smart people of the world all recognize Bush as the greatest danger to world peace.
