Should Kerry visit some Bush leaning states?
When I say Bush leaning states I don't mean the more obvious battleground states where Bush might be slightly ahead. I'm referring to states that the media has largely written off as to being in the Bush column.

The campaign obviously has to be very selective in where Kerry visits over the next week, but I've been wondering if perhaps they should head to a state such as Arkansas, Missouri, or Virginia where we seem to be down but within striking distance. Such a move could perhaps energize the ground game even more in these states where campaign volunteers already seem to be a fantastic job according to some of the posts I've read here. Of course every visit Kerry would make to one of these states is time not spent in Iowa, Wisconsin, etc.

2. No, time is too short
I'm hoping he focuses on OH, FL, MN, IA, NV and PA if there is time.

3. Maybe if he goes to Arkansas accompanied by Clinton...
...that would certainly get the media coverage; the whores like it when the headline writes itself.

6. The Big Dog is going to Arkansas -- and he can handle that all by himself.

8. Sorry? Who can handle it all by himself? Do you mean Clinton or ...
....Kerry? Sure, either can, but i meant the national press would make a big deal out of both being there.

4. if he has time
I live in MO and I know Bush has stopped campaigning here. I think Kerry does have a chance here. Maybe he should campaign a little in the St. Louis and KC areas. It may just pull him ahead.

5. He should go to Virginia and Missouri
And perhaps a trip to Arkansas if Clinton is up to it.

At this point, the more important thing is to broadcast a national message -- to boost turnout -- rather than trying to boost votes in a particular state. Campaigning in those states -- and with Clinton -- would get a lot of attention.

7. He's done some
He recently went to CO and NV because those are 2 states where he has closed the gap and may be able to grab on 11/2. I think MO is gone, but IA could be in play.

10. How about Georgia??
My sister in Atlanta said that the polls are wrong there. There are new registered voters there and they are not voting for Bush
