1. From your link, a great quote from JK about not wanting to divided America
"We have a chance in these next days, for you and I in America," the Democratic presidential candidate said. "Some people want this country to be blue states and red states. I don't want to divide America. I want us to be one America - red, white and blue, all of us together."

John Kerry will word hard to unite this country. After four long years of George W. "I'm a uniter, not a divider" Bush, this country has never been more divided.

8. I hope he's right. My neighbor of eight years all of a sudden is very cold
to me since I put my Kerry/Edwards sign in the window. Very cold. It's sad.

4. I have a soft spot for Las Cruces...
lived there for a few years. I'm glad to see a fairly conservative town show up for Kerry! I also know of two people who live there who are going to be voting for him. :)

6. I was there!
It was wonderful!!! The first I've attended like this and it was, well, moving and exciting! He looked awesome! My 23-year old daughter had tears in her eyes (so did I)...she was thrilled..and my 75-year old mom and her boyfriend went, too!

Got rave reviews for my shirt and was even filmed by a newscrew..it read "If you can read this, you are NOT the President."

I'll have pictures tomorrow. I got in line at 11:30, and when Kerry started speaking at 3:30, there were STILL people lined up waiting to get in.

And people were NICE. Nice, nice, nice.
