Root against the Redskins on 10/31/2004.
Sorry skins fans, nothing personal. This is very difficult to believe, but...According to www.snopes.com If the Washington Redskins lose their last home game prior to a Presidential election, the incumbent party, loses control of the White House. This has occured in the past 17 Presidential elections (since 1936). If the Redskins win, that means the incumbent party will remain in power. On Sunday, October 31, 2004 the Washington Redskins play the Green Bay Packers.

Kevin.

3. GO CHEESEHEADS
My dad lives in Wisconsin (Near Milwaukee - Kerry supporter!) and he's a semi-packer fan. I root for my Titans but I'll give one up for the Pack. They should beat Dallas this weekend and Washington next weekend.

4. And you know what else?
No team has ever come back from 3-0 in a baseball best-of-seven playoff series!

Oops! Except the Boston Red Sox in 2004!

In other words, while I have no trouble rooting for Green Bay, if the Redskins win, I won't be reading too much into it! ;)

6.  ok ok
I'll do it. It'll be hard hard to root against my 'skins but I'll make the sacrafice. This season is shot anyway.

And I like the Pack, too.

7. Are you superstitious?
I will root for my team against the Packers and I will vote for Kerry!

No silly superstition will prevent me from doing either!

And how will YOU rooting AGAINST your team change the outcome of the game, much less the Skins losing affect the Election?

11. What is the expected outcome of the Redskins-Packers game?
Taking into account how each team has performed this season, who is the expected winner?
