1. Kind of a half-assed endorsement
I like the way they compliment him on NCLB and his "promises" of money for AIDS prevention in Africa without mentioning that he hasn't really funded either one. And they're still on the "Kerry-as-flip-flopper" band wagon, managing to spew Republican talking points even as they "endorse" Kerry. Douchebags
