I see the Undecideds and soft republicans breaking for Kerry.
I live in a small town in rural Missouri in the heart of the bible

belt. Al Gore lost here 34% to 65%. When we started phone banking 4

months ago our results mirrored the 2000 outcome with very few people

undecided. After the debates we began to see a large shift from

supporting bush to undecided. This week I have had lots of

independents and Republicans come in to our Democratic headquarters

and want Kerry yard signs and bumper stickers. I think that the shift

is well underway and that we can count on a Kerry landslide.

1. This is very good news, md.
I love the word LANDSLIDE and the attitude it generates.

Kerry On!

And hello from Ohio.

2. Yes the Word is landslide.
I have been using it in conversations with republicans. It has a very pleasing effect. They deflate and shrink at the mere mention. If followed by speculation that the Senate is a done deal and the house is nearly ours it practically sends them home crying.
Keep up the good work in Ohio.

3. I live in Arkansas and I'm feeling the same way
thought it was because I'm so partisan, but after seeing streets--no just houses--loaded with Kerry signs, I have high hopes, but remain cautiously optimistic.:D

5. Kerry by a LANDSLIDE
I believe this in my heart. It is crucial that we all have the confidence of this belief. It will happen. It is inevitible.

6. Somebody posted that Zogby is going to cream us tomorrow.
How can Chimpie still have all his support then?

Bush has force-fed Americans chocolate coated shit for 4 years now, and half of Americans don't mind eating.

7. I know a lot of us have wondered how anyone could be undecided.
Edited on Sun Oct-24-04 11:11 PM by Carla in Ca
They must be registered Independents. *'s bad policies and Kerry getting out to so much of the country giving wonderful speeches plus the debates has shown them who is the best man for the job.
Dem registrations are up in a lot of places...they have made their choice. And the winner is.......

Kerry, in a landslide!!!!!

8. Actually, the problem is there are too few undecideds
Now just 4-6% in the typical national poll. That's down several points from this period in 2000, and lousy news with Kerry down a point or two when the national polls are averaged.. Since Kerry will likely pick up 60-65% of the undecideds as the challenger, he would be in much better shape if nearly the entire country were undecided.
