Pittsburgh Post Gazette endorses Kerry...but |

stupidly also endorsed Specter for Senate. But the Kerry endorsement is excellent. Another one for PA. http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/04298/400315.stm

1. Which is the "liberal" paper? |
|
I've got a crazy right-wing cousin in Pittsburgh who always labels one of the papers (and I'm thinking it's the trib) as the liberal one. I'm hoping that's the case because it will drive him NUTS if the "good" paper endorsed Kerry! TEll me it's so!

is owned by Richard Mellon-Scaife. It's one of the most radically conservative papers you'll ever see. The Post-Gazette isn't liberal or conservative but if you're comparing it to the Tribune-Review it's definitely the more liberal of the two.

This is good news, though. As the other poster said, the Post Gazette is neither liberal or conservative.
