Whorrie Kurtz: Faux Red Media/CNN "Blue" Media????

Yep, another "critical look at the media" from one of the media's most conflicted and hypocritical "critics" (methinks we need a new genre of critics critiquing critics). Some of the "high" points:

- Kerry puts out bogus ads only on the Internet and this is evil and bad as it decieves poor media critics who prefer the Rovian megamillions...and Kerry's bad cause he's not spending the same kind of money (on Time/Warner) than his corporate masters. Bob Schieffer shot this one down...saying if we just had a campaign based on ads we'd think both guys were crooks & thieves (we know only one is)...and the debates were popular as it showed these men as people.

The capper was Kurtz chumming with the ever-cheery David Brooks about the way the "media now is divided along with the country" and make the blanket assertion that Faux represented the red states and CNN represents the blue ones.

I had to post that here since I'm sure the fine folks at DU might now see it the same way.
