We need to have an aggressive agenda to turn around these disastrous radical policies of the last few years. People deserve to be able to go to a doctor if they get sick. Young people deserve to go to college if they want. People deserve a decent wage and benefits if a company or corporation is making humongous profits. People deserve the right to organize in the workplace to protect their interests from the more powerful. People deserve to have the cleanest air and water possible. Working mothers deserve to know their children are safe and protected while they are working to make ends meet. People deserve to have a minimum level of humanity offered to them in the form of food and shelter. And the troops in Bush's illegal war in Iraq deserve to be brought home while their bodies are still intact. There are so many things that need to be done.
