More proof Bush is toast

The LA Daily News has endorsed Kerry. I almost fell of the toilet seat this morning when I read that. I had to take a second look at the front of the paper to make sure I wasn't reading the LA Times.

The Daily News covers the San Fernando Valley and surrounding valleys and has positioned itself as the conservative alternative to the LA Times. It's readership tends to be conservative and while the paper avoids extreme wingnuttery it is solidly Republican.

Not that this endorsement will cause hordes of Republicans to vote for Kerry but it's another indication that *'s support among the faithful has been considerably weakened.

I sometimes read the headlines from that paper and if there's a spot any further up Arnold's ass than they've been already, it would be a miracle. I used to always say that anything the Daily News supports, I'm against as a matter of principle. Now I'll have to add a caveat to that... damn!

4. conservative repubs screaming on twin deficits

record trade and budget deficits are getting warnings from the world
bank and the IMF.

Thank God, these guys have some sanity and are bunking the fallacy
that Neocons are Republicans...they are definitely not.
