Why doesn't Kerry mention BCCI?

I'm watching Katie Couric recycle every one of BC04's talking points. Why doesn't Kerry point out that he has already defeated terrorism, that he destroyed terrorism?

And why doesn't he point out that Bush can't promise we'll be safe from terrorism either?

Jeez, Senator, bark a little! She'll back down like the little pussy she is!

With the assistance of complicit media whoring, it would be turned into another "invented the internet" moment within 24 hours.

I have been posting this from time to time with the same question. I was hoping Kerry would bring it up during one of the debates. Something like "I was fighting terrorists before you could even pronounce the word!" I really think it would impress some of those undecideds.
