I am the Coordinator for GOTV in my town on election day and
I am supposed to arrange vote counters, sign holders and drivers for the day. I have never done this before so any helpful hints from you guys would be greatly appreciated! :-)

2. Find someone who's done this before, fast
this is a big job. Your party HQs should be able to put you in touch with someone who's run this before.
