Two Stories To Doom Bush In Final Week? |
|
#1 - The NY Times doing the missing weapons story.
#2 - The Washington Post finds a copy of the Abu Gareb diaries.
Not a good way to start the last week of the campaign for Bush, methinks.

|
a story being run in the Wash Times on Monday that is supposed to spell doom for Kerry.

15. Right, I was commenting on the Wash Times ref |
|
in Post N0# 1. I agree the Washington Post, while not the same WP of James Restons' time or Been Bradley for that matter still carries some weight.
Its the Times I have no respect for. The Post is not nearly as bad as they are and generally a good deal better.

8. I don't suppose you have a link to one of those RW blogs? |
|
Now you've got me curious.
Kerry doesn't have to win by a landslide. He just has to win.

2. You think the mainstream TV media will do anything to cover these? |
|
If they do, they'll absolve Bush.

|
"If they do, they'll absolve Bush."
I got a warm fuzzy feeling when I read that statement...

10. Those two stories and the Clinton story will take-up the first two days. |
|
The first two days of the week are ours. We've won them already, barring some mishap. And if there's enough popular response to these stories, they might be extended further into Wednesday and even Thursday.
This gives the Bush camp pretty much late Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday to regain the bully pulpit and attack Kerry.

Many public servants have been holding back on stuff that will make bushco look bad.
Starting tomorrow, the dam bursts.
So, Karl. You got anything, you better spring it now.
Let's rumble.
