Shortage of Kerry/Edwards Signs in Delaware
Our fricking headquarters says they're all out and won't be getting any more. The other day, I went to a yard sale and the people (in my neighborhood, where Bush-Cheney signs outnumber Kerry-Edwards signs 2-1) had a Kerry-Edwards sign. I said "I like your sign--I wish I could get my hands on one." The lady said that 2 other people just told her that and that she felt compelled to put one up because her neighbors had a Bush-Cheney sign up. We agreed that we felt ill seeing the B-C signs but that we'd probably be O.K. in DE.

2. Can I send some to you?
I'm committed to put up 50 signs. Noone wants to help so far. I'm still working on that. I'd be happy to send some to you.

4. Sure
Where are you sending them from? If you're nearby, we could just meet. I'd be happy to help put them up.

5. I'm in California
I could ship these to a state that needs them. I was somewhat kidding. However, I believe everyone of us needs to get the vote out. We need to win the popular vote as well as the electoral vote.

7. Make you own sign! Have your kids make them

Just get something on your lawn before tomorrow at noon.

If you live in an Apt. make a sign and put it in your window facing the street.

Carry little stickie notes that say Vote Kerry!!! Give one to everyone you meet.

If you have buttons, wear them all over you!

Keep smiling and be really helpful to everyone!
Let them see you being kind. Remember that you are representing Kerry and Edwards.

10. these print-out signs look real good if you put them on some

of that thin white styrofoam-board material, some call it 'foam-core' (from an OfficeDepot store, or art supply store, it's like a thin display board), and cover it with some CLEAR contact-paper....

at Virginia's link, you can download whole BANNERS and YARD SIGNS, window signs, table signs, etc....try it...it's easy

scroll down to DOWNLOADS....the signs will print on regular "8 1/2 by 11 inch" printing paper...each page will print a different part of the sign, and then you paste them onto the "foam-core' board, cover with clear contact-paper and GOOD TO GO....
http://novaforkerry.com/novaforkerry.htm

here's a sign display, printed off that web link IN COLOR.....
looking good....you could also print in Black and White, then color in some parts...or print on BRIGHT blue or red paper, using B&W

8. Ive got two of those huge 8 ft behemoths gracing the front of my
house. I got them the day we were lined up on the highway waiting for the Kerry bus to roll by. Unfortunately a couple Boosh pricks stopped and portrayed themselves as Kerry officials and told us he took a different route. about 200 of us groaned and went home only to miss the bus by ten minutes after waiting for two hours. I hope those two pricks get run over by a bus.

9. Here in New Jersey where we've run low, we got some from the folks
in Georgia. Our lawn sign has "Paid for the by Democratic Party of Georgia on it."

Of course, running out of signs in some ways is a good thing. Here in my town, they are everywhere.
