How do Bush's crowds compare with Kerry's? |
I think the size of crowds reflects the amount of enthusiasm for the candidate, and on tv I've seen footage showing huge crowds for both Bush and Kerry. What's your impression? Is one candidate attracting larger crowds than the other? Who? Where?

1. Kerry - large, enthusiastic crowds who want to be there |
* - stiff, humorless, small crowds bused in.

Bush's supporters treat him like a rock star and you know it. The fact remains, however, that they're quite clearly brainless from the way that they cheer and boo in perfect unison.

10. Each time I look at the Bush crowds I have to wonder |
if many of those people aren't simply retarded. They look so. And they also look sadly unhealthy. Fat, not well-kept, hopelessly dumb...

3. Don't know about the numbers, but... |
the people is Bush's crowds are much uglier. When the camera pans around the Kerry crowds, I have to say we're an attractive bunch.

6. It is not only #s but also who was bussed in and who came of their own... |
volition, who had to sign a loyalty pledge and who attended without having to meet anything other than actual security criteria. On this, from all I have seen and read, Kerry wins hands down.

8. I don't know about srowd size, but it has to make a difference when |
you don't have to sign a promise and wear the right clothes to get in.
A better question would be how many protesters try to attend each rally.
