Latest Arkansas poll - tie at 48% each - Kerry improves




ARKANSAS -- 6 electoral votes (Bush won in 2000 by 5.4 percentage points)

Opinion Research Associates for media clients, Oct. 18-20, 500 LV, MoE +/-4.5

(Results from September poll by Opinion Research in parentheses)

--Bush-Cheney, 48 percent (52)

--Kerry-Edwards, 48 percent (43)

--Others/Unsure, 4 percent (5)

6. this just in
I heard on the Chris Mathews show tonight that Clinton really wants to go to Arkansas. In fact I remember hearing on the same program 2 weeks ago that Clinton thought Arkansas could be winnable for Kerry. It's looking now like he was correct. An Arkansas win would be SWEET!
