Bush twin Jenna is talking, reading a lame Bob Hope-esque speech. "Um, it's really, really important you elect my dad for four more years" or "I really appreciate what ya'll have done to elect my dad"...stumbling over words that are on a piece of paper.

Clearly the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree. My god, she's stupid. Unbearably stupid. Contrast that with Vanessa Kerry.

Now Barbra is talking. She seems a little more at ease and is clearly more intelligent.

19. Darrell Waltrip has been witless for years

DW works with Larry McReynolds and Jeff Hammond as color commentator for the Fox part of the NASCAR season. Here's how an exchange between the three usually goes:

JH: "Today the track temperature at Darlington is 125 degrees. Larry, what does the track temperature do to the drivers?"

LR: "Jeff, the track temperature has been in the nineties ever since they got here on Friday. That means they've tested on a fairly cool track and they've set their tire pressures based on that. And right now, all of that's wrong--they'll be slippin' and slidin' out there until they can get a handle on the racetrack, if they leave things like they were yesterday. But all of these guys have extensive notes on this track (holds up his crew chief's notebook), and they ran this tire here last year, so they know pretty much what to do. They won't know exactly what to do until the first pit stop, but they should be okay. As far as the drivers, 125 degrees really isn't that hot in the car--Darlington on Labor Day weekend sees 150-degree temperatures, and most all the tracks will see 140 in the summer--so as long as they have lots of water with them, and they all do, they'll be fine."

DW: "Hoo doggies, when I ran Darlington in 1979 on bias-ply tires, Dale Earnhardt ran smack into me on lap 138 and I threw my helmet at his car after rolling nineteen times. Boy, was I ever mad! But he gave me a job drivin' the 1 and that made up for it."

So to say Waltrip is witless about politics is to use a really wordy phrase--DW is witless about everything.
