yesterday that it was at 12:00. I listened very carefully to see if he would say that it was being broadcast by C-Span, but he didn't. I'm going to keep watching the C-Span schedule to see if they put it on.

and it is not scheduled so far. I'm hoping it will at least be on C-Span2.
