bushCartel; gross criminal negligence.
The UN knew about every single munitions depot in Iraq; they monitored them since 1991. bush ignored the depots, didn't give orders to secure them, and didn't send enough troops to have been able to secure them.

And NO, stoopid freepers, these munitions are NOT "WMD" and they are NOT prohibited weapons. But they ARE killing our troops because of bush's incompetance.

Senior American military officials say that as much as 650,000 tons of ammunition remains at thousands of sites used by the former Iraqi security forces, and that much of it has not been secured and will take years to destroy.
