they keep showing the setting and the people are gathered. but they are waiting for Kerry to speak. maybe they expect him to speak about that in the speech he will give there.

I am so fooking pissed off about this. This is HUGE. This is the most colossal act of incompentence I have ever witnessed from a 'leader'. Kerry had the foresight to rag on the Bush administration in May 2003 about not securing explosives/weapons sites from looting. I hope he points this out in his speech. Go get 'em, Kerry!
