Even more impressive than her speaking ability is the audience reaction, as evidenced by the post Town Meeting rope line. Even the kids (more boys than girls) were star struck.

As though they were saying... "Wow, I had no idea someone who looks like my mom could be so smart and tough."

I love her. She is sweet, down to earth and at the same time extremely intelligent. She had great answers to all of their questions...she had the facts at her fingertips.

3. I LOVED watching the rope line. She was amazing!

So many people told her SHE should be running for president. Isn't it ironic that the wife of the VP candidate is much more educated and articulate on domestic and foreign policy, than Bush?

I wondered as I watched Elizabeth with the teenage boys there, if she was thinking of Wade, her son who passed away at that age. I know it has to be hard...

She did such wonderful job, and was so beautiful and sincere with everyone in line. She got lots of hugs! I'm a fan!
