Local right-leaning news station this morning said the Rasmussen poll had * up by 2. Did they report it backwards?

On edit: should mention, this is in Minnesota.

6. But Zogby continues to drop
I became concerned with polls after watching corporate TV continually paint a grim picture, especially with the Gallop polls. But checking on the 2000 polls and accuracy, most polls were full of crap, especially Gallop, which run by right wing wack jobs. However, Zogby was dead on. Does anyone know how accurate Rasmussen was in 2000?

The good news is that the chimp is still less than 50 and incumbents don't generally increase from pre-election polls, while the challenger does.

9. Last Zogby Had Bush Up By 3 I think
Kerry was NOT dropping, but holding steady within 3, which is within MOE...Not a big deal at all...

10. Zogby...
...should show a Kerry lead by Wednesday. Bush had a great day in Zogby's Saturday sample, 50-43, but Kerry had a good day yesterday, roughly tying Bush or being slightly ahead in he Sunday sample. After the Saturday sample falls off on Wednesday the Zogby poll should look different.

Zogby's polls sho a regular cycle of Bush at at the end of the week, and Carries over to monday, then KLerry picking up through the middle of the week, and then doen again on Friday. I always wonder how he does this.

THis means Kery sould bre riding a Zogby crest next tuesday.

Zogby did an article noting how incumbents rarely finish above the level of their last survey, so Bush will likly not getin into the 50 percent area, leaving a lot of the undecided moving to Kerry.

20. Zogby?
I don't know what to believe anymore. I was just listening to the village idiot Sean Hannidy on the radio, hate radio is all I get in Arizona, and guess who was on. Zogby, sounding like a republican and pretty chummy with the idiot. I know Gallop is full of crap, perhaps Zogby is as well?

13. Very good news
The Washington Post tracking poll has also shown Kerry picking up ground in the past couple days. Some polls aren't as good, but there is no need for hand-wringing right now. This will be a close election and everyone needs to get as many people to vote as possible.

17. The same will happen in Zogby
Bush had two days in a row that he polled at 50%, the first one will drop off on Tuesday and the second will drop off on Wednesday, which may give Kerry the lead heading into the weekend.
