Mine is:

Do you want the Supreme court to stop the counting of votes and appoint your next President?

1. Rehnquist will be back on Bench Nov. 1

This is NOT a big issue. Don't make it one.

2. God DOES like us!
If Renquist is in the hospital w/ cancer, he will probably NOT be on the bench on Nov. 1...that means that if a Bush v. Gore type situation were to come up today, the decision would be 4-4, meaning that the lower court's decision would stand.

So now's the time to pray that Renquist will be recuperating on Nov.2, but not DEAD. We want him to get better, and then retire next year.

3. Rehnquist's health puts the issue back in voters' minds.
People will remember about the possible upcoming appointments, the assault on Roe v Wade, and the outrage over Bush v Gore. All that would seem to be to our advantage. I don't think we need to say or do anything with this.

4. Rehnquist could be back in two weeks, three at most
That is about when anything might find its way through the courts up to the Supremes.
