We have TWO october suprises (so far)... they have NONE!
1) A HUGE failure to protect American troops by BushCo shows up in the media on Monday morning.
2) The Big Dog hits the campaign train in true "Rocky" fashion.

If these are indeed Kerry's "October Suprise" events this year, what I think is really cool about them is that they are truely very honest events. They aren't sleazy (ie, Arms for Hostages in Iran... Drunk Driving charges, etc.).

If this is it, I'm really pretty satisfied.

BTW, what does the Bush team have? Oh yeah, Kerry failed to use the words "permanant members" when talking about the UN Security council, and a campaign ad featuring pack of puppies who turned out to have been "tricked by George W. Bush".

2. Bad news for Dub..
If there's a Florida "dispute" again, Rehnquist won't be there to vote for Dub--to secure his "re-appointment"!:eyes:

B-)

4. Also bad for Bush because
it reminds voters of the Supreme Court and the age of its members. Then they think about Roe v Wade, Bush v Gore, the Patriot Act, etc.

6. Don't let your guard down, and don't stop fighting!
But chuckle a little with me.

:) (quietly if you are afraid of the jinx.)

5. They did have a "supposed" surprise
The Washington Times' "investigation" into the Security Counsel meetings Kerry may or may not have had...
