What's the matter with tipp?

These guys have * 8 pts up in their tracking poll... but they look amateurish, even their web page (http://www.tipponline.com/) doesn't work. Do you know anything else about this polling firm?

1. What is "Tipp"?
I never heard of them until about a month ago. I think it is another "polling outfit" that will disappear right after the election as was the case in 2000 when suddenly 2-3 new polling firms started with web pages that for all we know are run by freepers.
