I just went down to the Kerry campaign headquarters in Minneapolis this morning and got a new "Hope is on the way! KERRY/EDWARDS" sign. The HQ wasn't supposed to open until 9 am, but at a quarter to 9, people were already inside, clamoring for signs, t-shirts, and bumper stickers.
I live by a major freeway, so I'm going out to our overpass several times over the next week to hold my sign up and make sure Minnesota drivers see a big dose of Kerry Get Out The Vote excitement. I've never done this before! It's gonna be fun!
This is the week to do it, too -- not just on Election Day, when the Bushies will be out there. We're gonna beat 'em to the punch, and own this next week!

What better way to prevent your signs from being trashed? Make them MOBILE! If everyone were to take a huge K/E sign and just spend 15 minutes or half an hour with their signs along side a well trafficked roadway each day, think how much exposure that would add up to! When you're done, just jump back in the car and go on your merry way...
