Check out http://www.realclearpolitics.com/bush_vs_kerry_sbys.html. They average all the recent polls in battleground states so that outliers are eliminated and all polls are considered. Bush averages under 48 in each one, with Kerry leading or less than a point behind. Remember that incumbents must be above the 50 mark to win the race, and Kerry will benefit from the swinging of undecideds in his race. Effectively, Bush's numbers are a ceiling, Kerry's a floor. Nader also has a piss-poor standing where he's even on the ballot. If we win these three (knock on wood) Wisconsin and Iowa and Minnesota matter not!
