What if the outcome of the election depends on how Wilkes-Barre, PA votes?

Hear me out on this please.

* has visited Wilkes-Barre twice, last week the latest and the nearby region at least 2-3 times already (inc. Scranton).

Cheney spoke at Wilkes University last month.

Kerry was in W-B two weeks ago.

John Edwards is scheduled to speak in W-B tomorrow.

* is showing up in W-B yet again at the end of this week.

I can understand going after PA. But don't you think there's something going on if everybody is focusing on a small city with a Main Street where one out of every three stores has been closed for years?

Maybe the question shouldn't be "What's Wrong With Kansas", but "What the Heck is Going On In Wilkes-Barre?"

I'd hate to think the future of American democracy is dependent upon that populace's voting patterns.
