Who says that they have to have an OCTOBER surprise....they will wait for Nv or Dec....
this way it is not seen as a blatent ploy to win, but rather a just a ploy to not allow Kerry to take office...
- we HAD to attack Iran in late November....we are going to have to wait on installing the president
- OR this NEW ATTACK on america FORCED us to call MARTIAL LAW and we will have to wait on governement turnover...

Combine the leak of it with a detonation of a device of mysterious origin just days before the election and the implication will be made that terrorists have placed the country under attack (again). The terra terra terra alert level will be raised to red and everyone will overwhelmingly be scared into voting for *.
As for the early votes, they'll go into the shredder.
