When I start to get scared about this election, I remind myself
of how Gore won the popular vote, only lost the electoral vote by 3, and we all know about the Florida Shenanigans. Since 2000 we have had 9/11, Bush got us into an illegal, immoral war, Iraq is getting more out of control everyday, in 2000 we still had a good economy, now our economy sucks, unemployement skyrockets, uninsured numbers off the charts. While I loved Gore, Kerry is a much stronger campaigner, and is well prepared for Repug dirty tricks. Voter registration is at a record high, and early voting numbers indicate that apathy is not a problem in this election.

All things look to break for Kerry. But this election is so very important, that every now and then, when I start to get scared that the morons might outnumber those of us with more than 2 brain cells, I have to remind myself of these things. Thought some of you might need a little reminder as well. We soooo have to win this.

3. Just remember this...
On October 27th, 2000, polls had Bush 54% / Gore 39% / Nader 4%, and look who one the popular vote.

It's okay, everything will be just fine.

5. Here is a thought, MourningDove
If you think you are beaten, you are. If you think you dare not, you won't. If you think you can't win, it is most certain you won't..
