Now we know why Tommy Franks is running around campaigning for Bush. He was in charge of the invasion plan, which apparently failed to secure the 380 tons of high explosives. Tommy Franks is probably scared shitless that his ineptness will be exposed and he needs a Bush win to save his honor.
