I'm Confused...Isn't Chimpy Supposed to Give Us a Reason to Vote for Him?
I have been watching Bush's stump speeches and all I hear is misrepresentations of Senator Kerry's record. Usually a candidate's stump speech in the last few weeks of a campaign will give Americans positive reasons to actually vote FOR HIM. Apparently Karl Rove does not believe that, because all I have heard is how Kerry is practically a pacifistic, unpatriotic, Marxist. It appears that their strategy is simply to say, "I might be a dumb ass, but don't vote for him, because he is even worse." So my question for the president would simply be: Why should I vote FOR YOU? That's a question I ask a lot of Bush supporters, and their answers are unconvincing at best. -End daily rant-

1. Yeah, he should give a reason IF
he can think of one, but there just aren't ANY reasons that I would vote for him. And the repigs know they don't have any good reasons.

2. Vote for me or die!
All I see are scare tactics. I know Kerry uses it to but we should be afraid of another 4 years of Bush!

Bush stumps all seem to say to me vote for me I will save you from the big bad wolf before he comes to grammas house!

3. also notice that his "supporters" do more booing than cheering
you'd think a president that has had 4 years would have a record to run on instead of running by obfuscating his opponents positions....

6. I was confused over his attempt to woo the gay vote.
"I promise not to incinerate you."

There was scant applause.
