Someone leafletted my building here in NYC |
|
One incoherent flyer dealing with some group who style themselves missionaries for Mary (for non-Christians, she was Christ's mother) and another one about abortion urging all Christians to vote for George Bush and against Al Gore.
Somebody is seriously insane around here.

Maybe they were talking about a different biblical "Mary," although that changes the possible connotations of them styling themselves 'missionaries.'
So the one about abortion, was that...Vote for George Bush because he's for Post-Natal Abortion? Or vote for him, because...
..?
huh?

Maybe others should be on the lookout. I almost hope I find some ignorant crap like that. It's like a straw man argument without having to build the straw man!

6. Well, they feel they have to try. |
|
And why shouldn't they? This is what they believe. They have the right to inform us and try to get our votes. That's the honest, democratic way.
