Anyone STILL THINK There WASN'T Something Under Bush's Suit?
Edited on Tue Oct-26-04 10:55 AM by Beetwasher
Now that he's sticking with the unbelievably absurd excuse that it was a badly tailored shirt that was responsible for the bulge? This should pretty much seal it for everyone that there was SOMETHING there that they don't want us to know about...

1. it was a GPS tracker, most likely
something the Secret Servise makes him wear so he still finds his way to the podium after about 9 beers and a Kilo of Blow

2. The fact that he's answering the question says something to me.
There's no good reason why this story isn't dead already. For all intents and purposes, it was, if he hadn't brought it up again.

Who is George Bush today? He's finally had a nervous breakdown.

9. That's actually not the question
It doesn't neccessarily have to be a receiver, but certainly it is NOT a badly tailored shirt. No badly tailored suit leaves a perfectly rectangular impression, especially one visible through a suit jacket.

It could be a receiver, it could be some kind of medical device; certainly it is something.

12. to me, it didn't look "perfect"
it looked like those weird straight stretch lines you get between your shoulderblades if something is just a little too tight.

14. How Would A Shirt Under A Suit Jacket Do That?

That's just silly and it appeared more often that JUST that time...There are other pics of an obvious bulge that is NOT stretched fabric...Keep trying though...

22. Uhhh, Yeah? And?
Now that he's sticking with the unbelievably absurd excuse that it was a badly tailored shirt

Shoot yourself in the foot much? "He" means Bush and badly tailored shirt, means badly tailored shirt and "something" implies "something" not necessarily a receiver, but "something". Get it yet? Comprehend reading much?

26. You're still not making any case
"Shoot yourself in the foot much? "He" means Bush and badly tailored shirt, means badly tailored shirt and "something" implies "something" not necessarily a receiver, but "something". Get it yet? Comprehend reading much?"

Condescend much?

Try actually proving that there was "something" under Bush's suit beyond some lame stretch lines and contradicting everything Bush says.

31. yes, you've moved beyond proving, of course
because you can't "prove" something was there, only point to some stretch marks and say "there has to be something there!" There has to be proof for this, and so far you've only offered "there has to be something there!" and calling me a freeptroll to back it up.

34. stretch marks, stretch lines
as in the fabric that makes a very straight line that (yes, I'm going to say it) bulges out a tiny bit between the shoulderblades.

And go ahead, keep insulting me. It adds nothing to your argument.

Ok then! You and Bush have convinced me! :eyes:

This is the shirt!

Shirt's often make suit jackets bulge out like that! Not just the vertical line, but the horizontal one too that goes DOWN his back, like so it' looks like a "T". Yesiree! And like this too:

Damn that tailor...

Pathetic...Keep trying though!

25. Bush taling his way around the real matter?
"I guess the assumption was that if I were straying off course they would ... kind of like a hunting dog, they would punch a buzzer and I would jerk back into place," Bush said. "That's just absurd."

It almost sounds like Bush is deflecting the real way his handlers handle him. And the scary part is that he needs to be handled - the President of the United States can't be left on his own to be in control.

29. I saw * on Good Morning America say this to Charlie Gibson
If Gibson were a REAL journalist instead of a media whore, he would have shown him a whole series of pictures where the lump is evident, and asked him why he hadn't fired his tailor, if that was the truth.

24. Somebody put up a pic of a medical divice that fit the bulge perfectly
And it wouldn't surprise me in the least if Bush were having major heart problems.

As for Bush doing badly in the debates, he couldn't have gotten help if the listening device didn't actually work.

41. It's a backbone implant...
gone bad.

Seriously, what does it matter at this point? This man has been caught with his pants down so many times, it's not even funny any more.

Had it been a receiver, the antenna could be extended above his collar, and magically; he would become that much more appealing to the sheep-like masses. Face it, my friends...anybody that still supports Bush, will eat up whatever he shovels their way, and ask for second-helpings. I know it. You know it. Rove depends on it.
