Payroll-Employment Graph (says it all)
This explains why the unemployment rate is low, it's based on household survey. They also count more people as employed when they're just mowing lawns or something, than they used to. This graph shows it clearly, the jobs market has been dismal since Bush took office. His tax cuts are not working.
